Ordered a sub for a 6pm pickup. I was informed at 6::20pn that it will hasn't ready, yet. That itself is not a problem but nobody even cared to start my order - :despite having multiple people standing around. Manager Alicia has a sign up saying that they pride themselves in customer service. Definitely not on this day.

I have been shopping at the Publix in Cityplace for several years and I love it! What keeps me coming back (besides the cleanliness of the store, variety of products and services are these lovely ladies always a boost of energy and joy! Thank you ladies and I appreciate all you do in making my visit and online ordering smooth. They know me so well.

I want to give a special shout out to a young lady in bakery named Courtney!! Her service was amazing and she made my day. She went above and beyond to make sure my friend had a pretty cake for her bday !! There was only chocolate left and she is allergic ☹️I was leaving to go across town to another Publix and she stopped me and made me a fresh cake!! Talk about above and beyond did I mention she was working on a cake

For a super busy location, the staff are always nice. I especially want to give a shout-out to Lisandra, who helped us out with two Western Union transactions. She was personable and really good at her job, or as she said "on-point". I just wanted to make sure Lisandra received some recognition for her work.
