Shop here a couple times a week, as they always have what I'm looking for when it comes to creating Spanish dishes. They even have a small Asian dry goods section which has bailed me out of a jam here and there as well. The staff is extremely helpful and the place seems well run. You'll find good deals here every day of the week on produce, meats, all things rice and beans, Caribbean and latin American root vegetables, spices, as well as olives peppers, etc. There's a small market that has both pastries and a pretty decent selection of hot empanadas, both baked and fried, with a flour pastry or corn masa, from Venezuela, Columbia, Argentina, etc. They have the mildly spicy condiment from Columbia known as aji. Don't forget to ask for it, it'll improve the empanadas. Personal favorites are the Venezuelan empanadas. The commoner lightly fried corn Masa exterior the houses either chicken, beef, or cheese. Personal favorites are the beef or cheese versions.

We used to go to this store to find good prices in produce but later there is no difference between this place and others plus the quality of its products has been greatly declining, my husband went to buy a watermelon because we saw day before they have seeded watermelons it was crazy expensive but still we got one thinking is going to be good and we find this ugly aspect, dry, gummy texture. I think is not right that they are selling this low quality of produce at all

This used to be our go to but recently the prices went up which has happened everywhere else but the problem is the quality. This place should be embarrassed selling food that is literally growing mold on it. There needs to be better quality control. Just because people are looking for a better financial solution when it comes to groceries it does not mean they can sell literal garbage

Unfortunately, in this place they have to be very careful with the products. Yesterday I bought a loaf of bread for my family to have for breakfast and this morning I toasted a piece of bread for my husband and my 1-year-old baby. The bread had many black and green spots. If something happens to my baby, I will file a lawsuit for lack of hygiene. Don't just think about selling the product. I don't understand why you have workers. I let you know this so you can be careful

Can’t believe they still sell this ROTTEN vegetables! Doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Staffs are rude and those staffs around not doing anything just please check your products! Don’t go here! WASTE OF MONEY!
