Restaurant Depot

This is by far the worst Restaurant Depot I’ve visited in any state. The staff is completely unmotivated — no one wants to work, let alone help you. If you ask a question, they ignore you or respond with attitude, like you’re bothering them just by being there. The manager is just as bad, if not worse. He never has a solution for anything. You go to him expecting some sort of support, and it’s like he has no idea what’s going on in his own store. He doesn’t solve problems and clearly doesn’t care about providing good service. A terrible experience from start to finish. If you can avoid this place, do it. It’s not worth your time or energy.

Plan for traffic. Turnpike to Sample exit. S bound on turnpike take you will have to stay to the right on exit then get in Left right turn lane (there are 3 and N bound exit uses them) once on Sample get over ASAP to right lane to T R onto Powerline (about 1/2 mile). Keep left lane to turn L on Copens (maybe a mile 🤷🏼‍♀️ stay right on copens) T R onto NW 15th Ave (it has turn lane) driveway is on the left. Be prepared to take forever to get in a door as all trucks coming and going need to move around like chess pieces. WATCH FOR CARS ZOOMING AROUND WHILE YOU BACK. Park across the street or in the side here. Blindside back to docks. Employees were ok

Everyone here hates their job. It reflects in the service, cashiers forced customers into lines after waiting 30 minutes and then some lines never moved while others went out. Nobody can problem solve because the managers are sleeping in the office and the cashiers think it’s not their job.

Truckers beware: very tight dock if the other docks are occupied. Thankfully, another trucker helped me blindside back to dock. My appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 7am. I am still here and it’s 2:30pm. Longest delivery experience I’ve had in years! I will NEVER come here again. This time has caused me to lose money!!!

One of the best restaurants depot locations, very convenient and friendly staff. Always stock, even during pandemic I was able to get supplies without interruption. Fresh produce, wild caught seafood, meat, cold cuts and cheeses... cleaning supplies and packing products.... All your restaurants or food business need in a reasonable price.
