We tried four different plates at Merguez Restaurant, and every single one was delicious. The flavors were rich, authentic, and beautifully balanced—true Moroccan comfort food. From the tender meats to the perfectly spiced sauces, each dish felt thoughtfully prepared. You can really tell they care about quality and tradition here. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and the service was friendly. If you’re looking for genuine Moroccan cuisine in Orlando, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu!

Spied this restaurant while going to a dance class nearby. I looked at the menu, and needed to come back to try the Moroccan Chicken Bastilla - a chicken and egg stuffed almond pie baked and topped with honey and almond. Really enjoyed the honey with the chicken, which surprised me.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Merguez Restaurant in Orlando, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a memorable meal. The interior is beautifully decorated with Moroccan-inspired elements, creating a cozy yet exotic ambiance that instantly transported me to another world. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the lamb shanks. Cooked to perfection, the lamb was incredibly tender and flavorful, infused with a rich blend of spices that showcased the best of Moroccan cuisine. The portion size was generous, and every bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality and authenticity. It's clear that the chefs at Merguez take great pride in their craft, and it truly shines through in the dishes they serve. Equally impressive was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well cared for. One server, in particular, stood out with their exceptional hospitality, guiding me through the menu and even suggesting a few dishes to complement the lamb shanks. Their genuine enthusiasm and knowledge made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Merguez Restaurant is a gem in Orlando's dining scene. With its delicious food, outstanding service, and charming ambiance, it's a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Moroccan cuisine. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!

One or the Worst experience ever had in my life. Food was burnt and guy was so rude. He burned my falafel and main entree, told him and he just said my chef did that and closed the matter. Wait time was about 45 minutes. So rude guy. Waste of time and money.

There is no way to give this place 10 stars?? Everything was DELICIOUS! And authentic flavors! Does not compare with any big chain around town. The rice was the best I have ever had in my life. Chicken Tagine was soooo tender. And everything else including chicken tenders for kids were super fresh and AMAZING! There’s one person taking order and serving but it was super quick.
