Alsham Palace

I am very surprised at this place. My girlfriend is Turkish and I was looking for Mediterranean Food in the area so she could have some comfort food. The restaurant it’s small and for what i could see most people order to go here. But there’s plenty of space for a full service restaurant if you would like to have a sit down. The decoration of the place is very simple and everything inside looks like a local business, nothing fancy. I’d say if they would just give a few more touches specifically on the printed material and on the space itself it would feel so much better and cozier. The lentil soup was great, and my girlfriend was very happy with the yogurt/cucumber app. We got the meat combo 4, which came with a kafta, 2 chicken skewers and a choice of bee of lamb skewer. Everything was delicious and the price was very reasonable, I wasn’t a big fan of the ripe of rice served, I am latino and eat rice my hole life, but this wasn’t wasn’t bad, just was not my favorite. We wanted to try all their desserts but unfortunately they only had one available at the time, but it was definitely good. Most places charge premium for desserts even for something simple, but i like the fact they really didn’t and prices were very affordable I would definitely have more than one if they had more options. Overall was a great experience, the server was polite and attentive.

*Sorry that the pictures aren't better, by the time I realized I wanted to leave a review, I was too far gone into enjoying the meal 😂 - Turkish coffee : 4/5 - Mango juice (thick, yet flavorful & not too sweet. Comes in a bottle. They gave us water so if the drink is too thick or not enough, you'll still have water to drink) : 4.5/5 Appetizer - Vegetarian mix: Hummus, 2 falafel balls, mtable, 2 grape leaves and tabouleh (a great variety of fresh food, flavorful, and if you have a small appetite you could even just have this as a meal and it will leave you satisfied) : 5/5 - Chicken shawarma: Sliced chicken roasted with special spices. Served with salad & rice : 5/5 (big portion, chicken was cooked to be moist, juicy, seasoned amazingly and the salad was fresh and exceedingly well-balanced) - Mixed grill 3: Shish kabab skewer, shish kufta skewer and shish tawook skewer. Served with salad and rice : 5/5 all the meat was amazing, well cooked, well seasoned, and none of it was tough or overcooked. The rice was also great so it elevated the meal - baklava (unknown rating because we didn't even finish all of our food so we took the baklava to- go. I will hopefully come back to give this a proper rating Our server was also helpful, attentive & helped give us suggestions for what to order

Food was amazing and authentic. I will visit more again and recommend this place. We also had the pastries for dessert. Omg, delicious!

Humos was delicious they served two sides in your main course in your choice I like that but unfortunately kebabs were baked too much I mean you could see some burnt on the surface and those burnt parts are basically carbon which is harmful to your health.

I was amazed by the food quality which is beyond expectations. Service is excellent. Price wise is within budget. It have wide variety of mix grills meat and chicken. Kunafa is one of the best in Florida. Over all 5/5 starts.
