I hate that they closed, and you can only order online. I loved the atmosphere of the store. Going inside ordering one or two cookies for myself. I wish they would reconsider the people who did come to the store front.

June 5, 2024 I got the lava cake cookie. It was pretty good. I waited to eat it at home. I warmed it up in the microwave and it reminded me of chocolate cake batter. I recommend having them warmed up. It might even be better than dominoes lava cakes. We did end up getting a few cookies but I only had the lava cookie. You can eat dough or have cookies, the flatties and the stuffed cookies. The inside is nice and clean and pretty. Although service and cookies were good they are still just cookies to me. I wasn’t blown away but if you like cookies then you will probably enjoy stopping by here to get a snack.

This was a huge let down. I got the purge and the center tasted like burnt chocolate with a hint of peanut butter. The only way to get the cookies are through door dash. The Google search shows a place you can walk in to and look at the options. They are cold and you have to warm them up. That's not the experience I was expecting. I first heard about this place on tiktok and it made it look like a great cookie and experience. I was let down on both.

The cookies had good flavor but I didn’t like that they were take and bake. I was expecting an already baked cookie, not frozen and definitely not frozen in a plastic wrapper. The price was too high for something I had to bake myself. I also ordered a “fix” cookie and was given the wrong one. Not to mention having to order from door dash in the parking lot. They no longer have a store front.

I ordered online and paid for overnight shipping. They did not ship correctly and it took well over a week to receive my cookies. Despite customer service telling me I would receive a quality product despite how long it would take to receive them. As I expected the cookies were ruined from being in a hot box for over 8 days. They were wet globs of what now resembled an uncooked cookie, and completely melted to the point there was a lot of liquid in the bags when opened. Since there was mold, and bacteria now on the product no one could eat them safely, so the entire process was unnecessarily stressful, unsafe, and expensive for no reason since noting could be used. They were not shipped in any weather protection packaging as I was told they would be. I contacted the company to get a new shipment overnighted once I was aware of shipping error, but that was not an option i was allowed to have with them. When seems to used to have been a good product is now a scam that can only be purchased online, or by a third party seller, but then your health is gambled with.
