I absolutely love coming to this place! The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and efficient. From helping pick the best items to go into your bowl, to working quickly to help the lunch break rush. I always have a phenomenal experience every time! Definitely will be back and will the spread word.

I visited here with my sisters family and her kids. Admitably, we were a hot mess! It was their first time here. We were STARVING and compelte with three kids who didn't know what they wanted (plus 2 adults). We also tried to use a gift card, but we only had the numbers.. definitely slowed operations. However, Craig and Ella were very patient, kind, and helpful! My sister thought Ella was the manager since she was able to resolve and assist so well. Things can get hectic FAST with kids, and it definitely can make parents feel embarrassed.. I had been bragging about Cava for months, so I really appreciate them not only being patient but also kind and helpful. Of course, as always, the food was phenomenal. You've got new Cava fans!

We (my bf and I) came in to Cava tonight and received the best customer service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Also, the food was great! We will definitely be back!

I recently visited CAVA on 4th Street North in St. Pete, and it was such a great experience The vibe inside is modern and clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful when I was deciding what to order I went with a grain bowl and loaded it up with grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and a bunch of toppings like tzatziki and harissa. Everything tasted really fresh, and the flavors were spot on definitely not your average fast casual spot. One thing I really appreciated was how customizable everything was. Whether you’re into salads, bowls, or pitas, there’s something for everyone, including some solid vegan and gluten-free options. The portions are generous too I left feeling full but not heavy. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak times, but it’s worth it for the quality of the food. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re craving something healthy and flavorful

The Greek bowl was amazing and the staff was super friendly! My 11 yo daughter misunderstood what she was ordering and they were super helpful and kind about figuring it all out for her. We'll definitely be back! Also, the pita chips are awesome too! Totally worth getting as a side!
