Curly Cone

First time coming here for some breakfast, and I gotta say it was super tasty! Has an old timey bistro vibe, the staff was super friendly and very prompt. We were a group of 5 adults and a toddler, so not a small group. They were fast, and attentive to us before and after getting our food. Props to the young gentleman as our waiter. Definitely will be back, and will suggest this establishment to others!

Service was ok but food was not edible. We were asked if we needed anything else but that was before we had taken a bite. Should have pointed out whitefish was terrible. Smelled strong and very dark in color. Couldn't eat. Goulash mushy and no flavor. Baked potato like paste. Thought maybe waitress would ask after we didn't eat the food but didn't seem to care. Definitely won't buy food there again.

My son and I came to eat at the Curley Cone this afternoon. We sat down and waited for about 15minutes. None of the employees greeted us or ever came to take our order, in fact they went to another table seated after us to help them. I understand this place can be busy at times, but just alone the fact that we were never even spoken to by any of the staff was disappointing. We ended up leaving and eating at another establishment. Honestly, I would give less than one star if I could. CAN NOT RECOMEND.

Great service and ice cream. Bring cash, though. The only downside is they impose a $1 service charge to use a card. The overwhelming majority of businesses in the modern world accept CC merchant fees (usually in the 1-3% range) as a cost of doing business and build it into their prices. But not these folks. They found another revenue stream.

I had an order for pickup. I walked to the counter and waited for someone to come available, numerous employees looked at me and did not greet me the gentleman at the counter was doodling on a pad and simply would not acknowledge me I stood 4 ft from him for 10 minutes before someone else asked if I needed help at which he just scurried away my food had been sitting behind him the entire time. I get being busy but acknowledge your customers at least and let them know someone can help shortly. The time before that I placed an order and when I got there it was never made. I enjoy the food I just wish the service was a little better.
