Kitchen closes at 9:30, I called in advance to place an order and arrived to our food already set and ready to be eaten :)! The service / staff is incredibly friendly and will help you in any way. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, friendly. Clean and very organized with picked out special decor. The food we ordered was a salad and grape leaves, the tabbouleh was on point! The grape leaves were OK. The garlic dip unfortunately had too much garlic bc it tasted spicy. But the bread and the rest of our food was delicious. Would absolutely come again :)

Absolutely FABULOUS Mediterranean food!!! The Sunday buffet is amazing. Many different things to try. Each one more delicious than the one before. Very flavorful, not over seasoned or too salty.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Jacksonville. First, it's one of the very few non-chain restaurants that we have here. dining in a privately owned restaurant is a totally different experience that dining in a chain. The food at Mandaloun is incredibly fresh, always delicious and probably most importantly - it is always consistent! Hands down, this place has the best hummus and falafel. The owner of the restaurant is always out and about greeting everyone and checking all the tables to make sure everyone is enjoying their meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and I have introduced this place to so many people - all of whom continue to go back.

Absolutely overrated restaurant. Severely overpriced. Location and service are below par of industry standards. Food is average. Atmosphere is like trying to eat at a rock concert. Not recommended.

Our first visit we ordered takeout and was highly impressed by the quality of the food. We noticed a lunch buffet sign and decided to go back next week to try more dishes. I started with a coffee, small and strong! For lunch they offered lentil soup and pita bread to start, then the cold line had at least 6 different salads, 3 dips and 3 deserts. On the hot side they offered 3 vegetarian dishes, rice, chicken kabobs, shrimp, kafta, lamb and okra stew with beef. The food was outstanding and the service matched. The waiter was patient and walked us through the whole buffet explaining the dishes because it was our first visit. Thank you. Buffet price was $21.99
