This masjid was amazing! I love the diversity in it. Went for iftar during Ramadan and it was so well organized. It’s clean and has a small parking lot and there’s also street parking. Fun fact: Muhammad Ali helped put has this property to turn it into a mosque. It is the oldest mosque in Miami.

I always feel so welcomed here Mashallah! Everyone is so loving and I'm really happy to break my fast (iftar) here during Ramadan. I'm going to pray Taraweeh here as well! I really love this mosque it has so much history as well.

Attending Friday prayer at Masjid Al-Ansar in Miami was an unforgettable experience. The khutbah was simple, direct, and refreshingly clear—a stark contrast to the long, bureaucratic sermons back home. What made the visit even more special was learning that this historic masjid was donated by none other than Muhammad Ali, the legendary boxer, making it the first masjid in Florida. Standing in a place rooted in both faith and history was truly inspiring.

I stopped by on Friday around 11.30 pm and the mosque was closed. No response for the doorbell. And couple of people came after me and waited outside. I guess they open the doors just before prayer times
