I bought aata on May 15th today and expiry date was July. When i asked them do you have late expiration date aata lady on the counter said aata has no expiry in india , here in US they make those kind of laws. Somehow i stayed quite because i wanted to buy as this store was near to my home and i didnt want to commute that much. When she initiated billing i noticed 20 lb aata price was 12.99 and it used to be around 20 and i paid also as per 12.99 and i asked that lady aata is on sale After i mentioned she realized and started saying this was on sale but now its not and charged me 7 dollars extra on top of 12.99. Then I told i thought it has expiry date near by thats why you put on sale. I paid 12.99 plus 7. This is rediculous to see this kind of behavior on indian stores who dont care about customers.
Other day also one thing happened we went to buy patasa to offer prasad to God.My husband noticed those patasa are expired and he said do you have any other patasa. Then person standing their asked my husband you can take these pstasa and i will give you discount and my husband said no even though you will give free of cost we will not offer expired patasa to God.
In the end i would say to Kiran grocery owners please change your mind for these things if you really want customers to stay in touch with you.

A well stocked store, with the stock/supplies/items jostling for space on the racks.. A single person at times mans the store as attendant and cashier but is helpful at finding items. Overall a good place. They can do better at keeping the store tidy and more inviting.
