Visited for dinner shortly before 10 PM and noticed the counter was unattended. After waiting a few minutes, a staff member emerged from the kitchen, politely informing us that the kitchen would close at soon (despite the restaurant closing at 10:30 PM). While we appreciated the heads-up, the server seemed rushed to take our order, which made the experience feel hurried. Ultimately, we dinned in for appetizers and opted to take our meal to-go since dining in felt uncomfortably rushed.
The food itself was flavorful and well-prepared—no complaints there! However, our takeout order lacked napkins and utensils, which was a small but noticeable oversight.
While the quality of the food shines, the service (especially near closing hours) and attention to detail could use improvement. A more welcoming approach for late-evening guests and ensuring takeout orders are fully stocked would elevate the experience.

Well, if you don't look a little first, it's very likely that you'll miss it... But honestly, it's worth going in. the staff is very nice and the dishes are delicious. I highly recommend.

We came here for dinner on a Friday night and were very pleasantly surprised to find such a great Indian restaurant nearby. Krishna seated us right away and gave us menus and water. We ordered the tandoori chicken, tandoori shrimp, chicken Bihari, and bindi masala. The tandoori entrees all were served on sizzling cast iron dishes and the presentation was beautiful. Who doesn’t love a sizzling skillet! All entrees came with basmati rice included. The mango lassi was great. Not too sweet and not too cold (like it had been made as a big batch and sat in the fridge all day) but chilled perfectly and very fresh. My favorite dish was probably the bindi masala. It was a HUGE portion and the flavor was amazing. It had a very authentic taste and was not too spicy.
The ambiance here is lovely. We came here for a date night but it would be a great spot for larger parties because it is very spacious. The one thing I did notice was the hookah place next door was playing their music VERY loudly and we could hear it in the restaurant. It was a Friday night so maybe it’s not like this every night, but just be aware if you’re coming here on a Friday night that you may hear the music next door. There is also a large covered patio with two smaller tables for 2 and two bigger tables that can accommodate 6-8.
Overall we had a great experience at Sizler Tandoori and I’m so glad we stumbled upon it for dinner!
