Tenders

We got the loaded chicken fries with bacon, cheese, and ranch. The fries were seasoned. My son ordered just plain chicken and fries. They were all good. Would order again. We also ordered two pinchos. They were not what you’d expect when you order a pincho. The meat, I believe, is possibly the frozen chicken from the bag. It wasn’t slimy but it was weird. May I suggest using different quality chicken for the pinchos or even trying to making them the way real pinchos are made. I would not order those again, even though they were affordable. Overall, the staff is friendly, and the food was (mostly) good. It is somewhere I would go again. This is like a 420 menu, munchie foods.

I am a regular at tenders, or I should say I used to be after some of the unfortunate things the last couple times I’ve ordered. The picture with the melted styrofoam containers is quite obvious. Multiple pieces of my food were ruined because whoever cooked it decided to toss it into the box with hot oil. Within this picture you can also see the fry portion is pretty good. However, the last couple times I’ve gone I have gotten less… and less… and less fries every single time. Until now where I was given a tiny handful of fries with my near $20 meal (there is maybe 20 small fries total, and this is the same order as the other image). On top of that over the last couple months I have watched the individual sauce prices increase from free to now $0.75. I use a lot of sauce and don’t mind paying extra for it, but $0.75 is now pushing unreasonable in my opinion. Not only that but with the meal I picked up today (the one with the small portion of fries) I noticed the jalapeño ranch recipe has changed. Instead of it tasting like it was made in house and being a thick, creamy, and spicy sauce it now has the consistency of water and tastes exactly like watered down ranch with some cut up jalapeños in it. I understand restaurants needing to make changes to ingredients/ price increases with the tariffs and whatnot, but if there could be an announcement of some sort on your guys social media it would’ve been understandable (I follow the tenders USA instagram). The chicken still tastes good and the fries also taste good, so it sucks to have to give up this spot, but I can’t justify being shorted of food and the other things I spoke about for the price of the food. Unfortunately due to the price increases, the decrease in quality of service, and decrease in quality of some of the food, I won’t be eating here anymore most likely.

POISON !!! BEWARE! If you care about your health, do not eat here!! This place is selling moldy, gooey chicken pieces on a stick. Absolutely disgusting food and the staff is awful as well. This place must have been sold to a company who doesn’t care because it used to be a good place to eat after classes. I feel sick after eating the food, I don’t think I would ever come back here. Zoom into the pictures! The inside of the chicken Is literally gooey garbage that they are trying to pass off as chicken. Notice the two pieces without skewers.. don’t worry, the wooden stick with a pointed edge was hiding inside of the “meat”

Off the chain! If you like comfort food this is it!! The chicken is fresh and crisp. The fries are fresh, hot, and have the right amount of crunch. I ordered the Hollywood melt (Fries, tenders, hot cheetos, and ranch), I added sweet heat and was not disappointed. I can feel my cholesterol going up... worth it! I went on new years day. Even on a holiday the service was top notch. Aaron took great care of me. I had never been here before. He made solid recommendations and told me all about the different dishes. 10/10 on customer service and atmosphere. The price is a tad on the high end. With that being said, the food quality is so good it well worth the price. Additionally, the quantity is huge. I'm not even kidding. This meal would easly feed my family of 3 with a teenage girl all day. Go, check it out, decide for yourself. You won't be disappointed!! Edit: It was so good that when I walked out I wanted a cigarette... and I have smoked in 4 years...
